A fun day was had by all at the first ever Happy Valley Riding School horse show on Friday 14th August.
Riders of all ages and abilities took part in a variety of classes ranging from Prettiest Mare to the horse/pony the judge would like to take home.
The afternoon was battled out with gymkhana games and was cheered on by the crowd of spectators. To end the day a clear round was entered by the riders who put their practice to the test.
The weather held out the whole day so the crowd was able to enjoy refreshments and a bbq in the picnic areas.
Organiser and Riding Instructor, Carla Pay said “The day was a total success; all the riders enjoyed the challenge. We now plan to hold this show as an annual event.”
